Stephen Marsh

I was born & raised in Sarnia/Lambton. I have been married to Sharon for over 45 years. We reside in Bright’s Grove and have 3 married children and nine grandchildren. We also have our pooch, Cooper, who gives us many reasons a day to go for a walk! We are active in our church in Sarnia where we participate in the music ministry. Sharon plays piano and I lead worship and play percussion. I have served as a board member at the church as well as on the board of a local charity.
I started out in the workforce as a Lab Tech working in the Chemical Valley. During those years, Sharon & I started a small business in Forest, ON. We operated that business for 10 years after which time I went into Financial Services and obtained the CFP designation. In 2015, after leaving the financial industry, Sharon and I did some real estate investing in Sarnia, as we purchased, renovated, and sold a few homes. It was a great experience and allowed me some time to think more about the real estate industry. During that time I completed the required real estate courses and obtained my License to trade in real estate in the province of Ontario.
I started my career in the real estate trade in 2018 with a local Brokerage. In 2020, I moved to Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty where I was exposed to many different real estate transactions, including Farm and Commercial. I look forward to continuing my real estate career with INITIA Real Estate Brokerage, where I will have the opportunity to work with many other real estate professionals in Sarnia.
