Eric Penney

Eric was born and raised in the small town of Chatham, Ontario while also spending some of his years in Guelph, Fergus, Kitchener and Windsor. He now resides in Sarnia with his wife Melissa, where they chose to plant roots four years ago.

Prior to getting into real estate, Eric studied criminology at the University of Windsor while playing football for the Windsor Lancers. He has always had a love for football and playing sports, and that is still ingrained in him as he plays in the Bluewater Flag Football league here in Sarnia each year.

Shortly after university, he attended St. Clair College and achieved a diploma in Police Foundations. Eric has always had a love for helping others and making a difference in his community, sparking his interest in real estate.

With his wife Melissa, together they opened up a residential cleaning business and found immense success serving clients across Sarnia-Lambton.
They each found a love for real estate through that line of work, and decided to get their licenses together to help make people's dreams of home ownership a reality.
